I use this to roast potatoes. I mix a tablespoon of each—dried sofrito and olive oil (or avocado oil)—and it always comes out excellent. It’s just delicious. It doesn’t need to be renamed! People won’t use it in other ways. I wouldn’t have tried it on potatoes if it were called “Chicken Mix.”
