Chicken and Avocado Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Healthy Rican Sazon
  • 1 tsp Healthy Rican Adobo
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 small corn or white wheat tortillas
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Season Chicken: In a bowl, toss the chicken slices with olive oil, and seasonings.
  • Cook Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  • Warm Tortillas: Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or oven.
  • Assemble Tacos: Fill each tortilla with slices of chicken, avocado, shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
  • Serve: Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
