STANDARD SHIPPING: $5.95 ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES & PUERTO RICO
FREE Shipping on orders over $50
SHIPPING:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Typical shipping days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, depending on the high demand. In the unlikely event that the products are on backorder, the customer will be notified. Read more about backorders in the FAQ page. https://healthyrican.com/faq/
We currently only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.
After orders are shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number. Depending on the email provider, our emails are sometimes sent to the SPAM or promotions folder. We recommend checking the SPAM or promotions folder and marking our email(s) as safe so you don’t miss any future updates.
UNITED STATES & PUERTO RICO:
- We charge a standard $5.95 shipping fee on orders less than $50 which covers part of the shipping cost, we cover the rest! We pride ourselves in giving the best customer experience and service, and for that reason decided to spilt the shipping costs.
- Packages are shipped via UPS or USPS Ground Advantage™ and Priority Mail®.
- Transit times vary per state. Typically ranging between 2-3 days after the order has shipped.
- On average, orders arrive within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. However, west coast states, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipments can take up to 5-10 business days. Exact shipping/arrival dates and times are not guaranteed.
- Orders over $50 will receive free shipping.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and service. Please reach out to us at: hola@healthyrican.com. While we can’t accept the return of opened items, we are happy to assist you and address any concerns in a timely manner.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELATIONS:
Subscriptions must be canceled a day prior to the due date, before the subscription is automatically renewed. Example: If the due date is January 1st, the subscription must be placed on hold or canceled by December 31st.
